Field Collective

Excited to share a two-part article in Pacific Horticulture written by Field Collective co-founders Alexandra Harker and Nicki Copley, titled The Potrero Hill Eco-Patch: Part 1 of 2. An experimental framework for designing and gardening with native plants

Part one talks about the importance of planting with a regionally native palette to improve ecological resilience, and covers the background and design of the Potrero Hill Eco-Patch. Part two will discuss preliminary findings and hopes for the future.

Thank you Pacific Horticulture for your interest in this project. We are excited and honored to become Pacific Horticulture contributors!

Thanks also to the Yerba Buena chapter of California Native Plant Society and the Dogpatch and Northwest Potrero Hill Green Benefit District for all your input and support for the project.
